Hello and welcome “Heal your Trauma, Mama” over the course of 30 days my hope is for you to become more aware of yourself and the strength that you have in motherhood. I hope this allows you the time to look deeper and heal so that you can be more present and look at motherhood in a whole new way. 

Whether this is your first child or your fifth, birth is unique every time and alters with every one of our children. I believe all birth is traumatic, even the most relaxing and peaceful ones you can imagine because your body is going through such a rapid change.
