I hope this allows you the time to look deeper and heal so that you can be more present and look at motherhood in a whole new way. 

Whether this is your first child or your fifth, birth is unique every time and alters with every one of our children. I believe all birth is traumatic, even the most relaxing and peaceful ones you can imagine because your body is going through such a rapid change.
