Episode 103: Healing Your Relationship with Food Through Intuitive Eating with Victoria Yates

In this episode we talk with Victoria Yates about how we can learn to love our bodies and feel confident choosing the food we eat through intuitive eating. Victoria is an intuitive eating and body image coach for women who is also a mom. She gets what it’s like when we enter the postpartum period and are overwhelmed with the noise of needing to “jump back” in this diet culture society. She talks about how we can learn to love our body in any stage we are in and how in doing this we will be more inclined to choose food that will nourish and fuel our body the way it needs to be.
